At Navya Boutique, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. We do not offer monetary refunds on any purchases made through our website.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to return a product, you may request an exchange only. Exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The product must not show any signs of damage, stains, perfume, alteration, or wear.

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, we will process the exchange. Exchange is subject to product availability.

Credit Note Option

In case the desired exchange item is unavailable, we may issue a Credit Note for the approved return amount.
• The Credit Note will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• It can be redeemed against any purchase on our website within the validity period.
• Credit Notes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

Important Notes

• We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances.
• If the desired exchange item is unavailable, the customer may choose another product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-value product.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Navya Boutique reserves the right to decline an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
